Thank you for renting our facility. We hope that you have a great experience and create a lifelong memory. Below is some general information that will be helpful during your event.

Return your key, survey, and completed cleaning list to the Parks & Rec. office immediately following your event.

If the facility has been properly cleaned and no damages have incurred, your deposit check will be mailed within 7 to 10 days of your event.

There are two thermostats located on the east wall of the main room. You may adjust them accordingly, but please return them to 68 degrees in the fall, winter and spring and 78 degrees in the summer when your event is completed.

All cleaning supplies and equipment are located in the kitchen behind the door in the closet and under the sink.
