Sinulog Festival or Santo Niño Festival is an annual religious and cultural festival in Cebu. It's history began in 1521  when a small statue of the child Jesus was given to the king of Cebu, Rajah Humabon, and his wife, Hara Humamay, by Ferdinand Magellan.
