We have been farming since 1970, have been certified (PCO) since 2001. we currently raise spelt and process it into flour. We have white and whole grain flour. packed in 2# bags to 50# bags . The farming operation also consists of raising hay and corn for livestock feed. The animals are beef breeds fed on pasture with a grain ration. these animals are humanely raised but not organic. The operation is completely certified organic except for the beef cattle.
