South Shoreganics

South Shoreganics is a family run CSA located on the south shore of Kaua'i. We use beyond organic methods and biodynamic principles in every aspect of our farming. We grow a variety of heirloom vegetables and fruits for distribution through our farm members. We are dedicated to sustainability in what we do, using local and recycled materials whenever possible. For example, our "weed mat" is recycled newspaper from The Garden Island, our mulch is from tree cutting services around the island and our tomato stakes are made from bamboo harvested at the neighborhood park. In addition, we use cardboard from the mini-mart down the road as a part of our water conservation efforts.

Our cherry tomatoes, kale, jalapenos and macadamia nuts all won blue-ribbons at the county fair this year, causing hoots and hollers from our kiddos, and even a few from us. We enjoy providing local organically grown food for people, and eating it ourselves.
