Mission:

The Springdale Chamber of Commerce is an organization of business and community leaders serving as the voice of the business community; promoting planned economic growth and prosperity; fostering community interaction and pride and providing education, leadership and support in this community's efforts to improve the quality of life of its citizens.

About Us:

The Springdale Chamber is the largest business advocacy organization in Washington County with more than 1,000 members, nine professional staff members, numerous committees and task forces, and more than 500 volunteers. It is a not-for-profit organization that has been servicing its members and the city of Springdale since 1946. The Chamber is run by a Board of Directors made up of 23 business leaders, representing nearly every segment of the local economy.

The Chamber offers a wide variety of educational training, business counseling services, and networking opportunities for its members. In fact, the Chamber's networking events and programs draw close to 4,000 attendees annually. In addition, the Chamber is actively involved in developing and implementing strategies that positively impact public policy issues that concern business in this area. It is the Chamber that initiated Springdale Tomorrow, a series of five major initiatives designed to prepare Springdale for the coming decade and sponsors CityFuture II, a city-wide planning and visioning retreat.

The work of the Springdale Chamber is vital to business life in our city. We provide bottom line programs for businesses large and small. We fight for pro-business legislation and form public and private alliances. With the support of the Springdale Chamber, small businesses open their doors...prosper...and grow.

The Springdale Chamber not only addresses economic issues, we provide leadership in civil and social programming as well. Through innovative programs, we address health care concerns, education, and crime prevention -- because community issues become business issues and have a great impact upon the overall business climate.

A strong, dynamic business community benefits the entire community. The Springdale Chamber is directly involved in our community to create the environment where people want to live and work.
