We offer a generous transfer policy for credits taken at other institutions, which may allow you to accelerate your program toward completion in 16-24 months, depending on the number of credits transferred. Classes are held on the weekends in a format that fits well with the busy lives of working adults. Additionally, a unique option offered at the undergraduate level is the ability to apply work experience, professional trainings, certifications etc... toward college credits. Earn college credits for what you already know! Many students have found this to be an excellent way to earn college credit for work performed in a professional setting. It saves both money and time!

Springfield College is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. The SHS educational program is designed to build the leadership skills of human service professionals while they are serving their communities.
