The mission of St. Croix Hospice is to provide the highest quality of hospice services to patients and families with a life-limiting illness. Through the leadership of the company and staff commitment, St. Croix Hospice has become one of the most trusted hospice programs in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. St. Croix Hospice is a Minnesota hospice provider founded in October 2008 in the eastern Twin Cities metro area. The geographic footprint expanded in September 2010 with branch office in the city of Cambridge, MN (now North Branch). Additional satellite locations followed with Rochester, MN and Sartell, MN in May of 2011; Minnetonka in October 2012. That same year, St. Croix Hospice also received licensure approval to operate and provide services in Western Wisconsin. St. Croix Hospice has maintained its focus on the patient, family, and primary caregiver through a team philosophy and approach. Through the leadership of the company and the incredible staff commitment to our mission, St. Croix Hospice has become one of the most trusted hospice programs in Minnesota, Southern Iowa and Western Wisconsin.

St. Croix Hospice's compassionate team-oriented approach utilizes expert medical care, pain management and emotional and spiritual support - expressly tailored to the needs and wishes of the patients and families. The care is based on the foundation of respect where everyone is dedicated to providing the highest quality of hospice services through various disciplines. They offer a holistic approach to care for patients and families and offer Music Therapy, Massage Therapy, Bereavement Support, Spiritual Services and Volunteer Companionship/ Pet Therapy Services. The St. Croix Hospice care team will work with families to develop individualized care plans based on their needs, while respecting their rules and privacy.
