St. James' Church

865 Madison Avenue

Throughout his earthly ministry, Jesus Christ called his disciples to lives of service, compassion and justice. As Christian disciples in the early 21st century we too are called to serve others, especially those in need and the poor, and to work for greater justice in our world. St. James' mission programs provide numerous and various opportunities to individually and communally answer Christ's call to service and social concern in our neighborhood, our city and the world. We hope that you will answer Christ's call by participating in St. James' mission ministry.

The church is beautiful and the people there are a wonderful bunch. They have a soup kitchen and on Tuesday they cook for people in need.
