Our Name
Name are easily misunderstood. They are intended to identify and give assurance. Berea was a city that Paul visited on his second missionary journey. The name was selected because it connotes that which is Bible centered. The programs and ministries of our church are built around the Word of God. We believe it is the Church's calling to represent God to man through the teachings of the Scriptures. Therefore, from the pulpit down through every ministry of the church, our goal is to meet the needs of the entire family through teaching that is practical and true to the Word of God

What We Believe

We believe the Bible to be inspired, authoritative and the inerrant Word of God in the original manuscripts. Therefore, it is our final authority in all matters of faith and practice.

We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His substitutionary death on the cross for our sins, His resurrection and look forward to His return.

We believe that all persons are sinners by nature and choice and are therefore condemned by God (eternal separation from God forever in hell).

We believe God in His love and grace has provided a complete and free salvation for all who call upon Him through his Son, Jesus Christ.

We believe believe that all who are born of the Spirit through faith in Jesus Christ, have assurance of salvation, and are eternally secure in Christ.

We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Godhead, and regenerates, indwells, baptizes, and seals all believers in Christ, and enables them to live the holy life that God desires for his children.
