Shares in the meat CSA are available in three different sizes: quarter, half and full and can be purchased for six or twelve month periods. Quarter shares include approximately 5 lbs of meat per month, half shares include approximately 10 lbs of meat per month and full shares include approximately 20 lbs of meat per month. Shares are available for purchase year round, however our farm offers four different starting points: January, March, July and October.

Shares in the meat CSA consist of a combination of beef, lamb, pork and chicken. Monthly shares are pre-assembled at the farm to include approximately half ground or stew cuts and approximately half higher end cuts, such as steaks and chops. Chicken is included as whole dressed birds. Monthly shares include a variety of meats as well as different cuts, such that some months may include more or all pork and lamb, while other monthly shares may include more beef cuts and a chicken.

Shares in the meat CSA are distributed monthly. Each share is pre-assembled at the farm and delivered to members for pick-up at one of our five designated pick-up sites. Meats and poultry included in the shares are freshly processed, vacuum sealed and frozen by a certified USDA facility.

Stillman's at The Turkey Farm is a family owned artisan farm located in Hardwick, MA. Our farm specializes in conscientiously raised, grass-fed and pastured, hormone free meats and poultry. We are committed to raising our animals in the most responsible way, believing our practices and techniques are the safest for the animals, the environment and our family.

We offer customers wishing to purchase our meats and poultry the following options. During the summer, our meats and poultry are avialable for purchase at our many farmers' market locations throughout the Boston area May through November. During the winter, delivery is available for orders of $100 or more. Year round, our farm offers six and twelve month shares in our meat CSA.
