Strong Area Health Center opened its doors in Franklin County in 1986. The area holds a rich family history for many of the staff, connecting them to the surrounding communities of Avon, New Vineyard, Phillips, and Strong. Patients from Farmington and beyond utilize the health center as well. In 2001, a determined community board fulfilled their vision, facilitating the center's transition into a modern, well-equipped facility utilizing the latest technology. Our professionals work together with our patients of all ages and provide a "medical home."
