What you'll get from June 19-October 16 As the season progresses some of the food in share boxes will change while some varieties will remain consistent throughout the growing season. One share feeds an omnivorous family of four. This year, our seed collection includes: salad mix, beans, beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, celeriac, collards, culinary herbs, cucumber, garlic, kale, leeks, napa cabbage, onions, potatoes, snap peas, spinach, summer squash, squash blossoms, swiss chard.

Sustainable Settings is also a Whole Systems Learning Center and green demonstration on 244 acres in the Rocky Mountains at 6,500 ft elevation. We research, develop and teach models of sustainable daily living. Programming includes whole-systems approaches to green development, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, art for daily life and community interdependence fostering responsible integration of human activity within natural systems.
