Synergy HomeCare is an owner operated premier provider of non-medical home care services.  We offer the highest quality of life and independence that is attainable to our clients.  Our success starts by treating each of our clients with dignity, respect and personalized care they deserve. We offer hour visits, daily or weekly service, 365 days per year to seniors, the convalescing, disabled persons and anyone else who needs help with daily living activities. We also offer transportation to and from doctor visits, hospital visits and any other appointment a client may need transportation. Unlike other home care providers, Synergy HomeCare does not limit its services to only seniors. Anyone who needs help with routine daily tasks in order to stay at home and independent is eligible for Synergy HomeCare services.

 

Synergy HomeCare can accommodate new residents with the initial move-in process. Since safety is a main concern with all residents and their families, our caregivers can also provide “sitter” care to residents at Assisted Living Facilities or Hospitals to monitor and ensure their safety while keeping them company.  

 

Synergy HomeCare is divided into three categories:

 

Daily Living Companions – They provide independent clients social accompaniment, companionship and mental stimulation through such activities as playing games, going for a walk, and working on crafts. Companions also provide assistance with such things as:

 Personal Care Assistants – In addition to providing all the services of a Daily Living Companion and Homemaker, Personal Care Assistants also render limited physical assistance to clients who are minimally dependent for their personal care. Services include:

·    Assistance with Dressing

Our Caregivers are the “heart” of our CareTeam. All Synergy HomeCare Caregiver’s skills are matched with the needs of our clients through our extensive screening process. All CareTeam caregivers are CPR and First Aid certified and holds a current TB test.  They are bonded and insured as well as trusted and experienced. Each caregiver is Nationally Background checked and reference checked. At Synergy HomeCare we W2 our employees and offer additional training, so they can provide the best care needed for our clients.
