The mission of TBW is to achieve equity for all women in the workplace through advocacy, education, and information.

The vision of TBW is to be the leading advocate for working women.

Membership in TBW is open to all individuals who support the objectives of TBW. Members are encouraged to meet new people, network professionally, make friends, share contacts and career strategies, and to work on legislative and social issues of importance to women. Membership in your local TBW includes membership in the state organization. TBW Frisco dues are $76 annually ($91 for New Members the first year).
