The mission of the Texas Mead Association is to promote mead, (honeywine), in the state of Texas. The TMA seeks to:

• facilitate collaboration and cooperation among commercial mead-makers
• support  best-practices and continuing education
• engage in events to promote the status of honeywine and its member manufacturers
