About Us

The Food Bank of Eastern New Mexico (Food Bank of ENM)

The Food Bank was founded in 1983 with the help of Altrusa International.  We are a local, private, non-denominational, nonprofit agency operating on a minimal overhead and serving hungry residents in five counties in Eastern New Mexico and one county in West Texas.

We do not receive direct federal funding, but do have many important partners who help sustain our work.  Our funders include programs such as United Way, numerous civic and service agencies, grant making foundations and individual and business donors.

Who and Where We Serve
