Our sustainable community farm grows healthy food for the Pearlstone Center and for our CSA in the greater Baltimore community. We also offer both Jewish and nonsectarian hands-on agricultural and environmental education. We hope to reconnect people with their food and with the earth, inspiring social and ecological responsibility in the Jewish community, greater Baltimore, and beyond.

The center's 5 acres yields fresh vegetables, culinary & medicinal herbs, fruit orchards, vineyards, berry & asparagus patches, and small grains.  Our pasture features a flock of 100 chickens laying diverse eggs, 7 milking goats and their kids. The program also includes team building activities on the field or on Camp Milldale's Ropes Course, interpretive trails, wildlife habitat and ecosystem restoration areas, and a plethora of environmental education programs.

The Pearlstone center welcomes over 4,500 people a year for our volunteer opportunities, festival celebrations, educational field-trips, team building, numerous workshops, an intensive summer service-learning program, summer Family Camp, Chesapeake Watershed Pilgrimage ALternative Spring Break program, Inter-faith farm school, our annual national conference on agriculure and Judaism, and annual Early Childhood Educators Conference.
