Thousand Oaks Toastmasters at Lunch (T.O.T.A.L.) is one of the area's most distinguished speaker groups. Started as a club for the Thousand Oaks city workers fifteen years ago, this Toastmaster club caters to a wide range of speaking levels - from the most presentation-phobic to professional raconteurs. This group meets each Thursday from noon to 1pm at the Thousand Oaks Civic Plaza, The Oak Room, and welcomes all visitors to meetings.
