About Our Festival

Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church & School invites St. Bernard Parish residents and visitors from all over to celebrate our local delicacy and kick-off the Creole tomato season with delicious food including Raw and Grilled Oysters, Tomato-a-la-Chalmette, BBQ Shrimp, Jambalaya, Shrimp Fettuccini, Crawfish Fried Rice, and much more.
