You could become a part of our group and have fun with us on our weight loss journey.  The first visit to our meeting is free.  If TOPS is for you, you can join at the next meeting. 

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is a non-profit international organization.  It is very affordable, only $26 a year national dues and $3 a month local dues.
