So I parked my car in Bryn Mawr while catching a movie at the film institute. I didn't know where any public parking was because I was visiting from out of town, so I just used metered parking on the street. I knew the meter would probably expire before the movie was over, and the meter only takes so many coins, so I left a couple quarters on the meter. Still got a ticket for an expired meter. Couldn't this idiot meter reader cop just pop in the quarters I left and walk away? It was only a twenty dollar ticket, thankfully.

rude and not caring that businesses do not shovel the snow where people have to walk instead of stopping by to have the business shovel the snow
