We have been serving the community for more than 17 years and are one of the oldest medical practices in the area. With the expertise of UF family physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, the practice is fully equipped to care for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Services include annual checkups, well baby visits, sports physicals and disease prevention, as well as management of chronic medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes and depression.
