The mission of the Vernon Regional Adult Basic Educational program is to offer dynamic,multicultural services in an atmosphere of respect, appreciation, and acceptance of all.It  is  the  goal  of  the  region  to  empower students  with  the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed both personally and professionally in a technologically advanced society.
