Vineyard of Shelby is a community of believers committed to worshipping and serving God while loving our neighbors. While evangelical and conservative in theology, we seek to make the gospel relevant for today through a casual atmosphere, contemporary worship, and practical Bible teaching.

Our Vision

We will be a church where a visitor will immediately sense the presence of the Spirit through experiencing our genuine love for them, seeing our love for God and each other, and experiencing powerful, intimate worship. They will be impacted by the clear teaching of the Word and touched by the Spirit through a dynamic ministry time. They will feel comfortable in the casual atmosphere while feeling challenged to serve in the Kingdom. As they get to know us, they will be impressed by the fervor of our prayers, the compassion we have for the community and beyond, and the love we have for the whole body of Christ. They will want to connect with a small group in which true community occurs and where they receive individual ministry for their spiritual, emotional, and physical needs. They will be excited to bring their friends to be part of what God is doing at the Vineyard.
