Warren Civic Music Association was founded in 1940 and is the oldest community arts oganization in Trumbull County. This non-profit, all volunteer association, provides excellence in entertainment at reasonable ticket prices.  Many musical greats of the world have appeared in a variety of prgrams.  Performances are held at the Packard Music Hall in Warren, OH.
