Waterloo Rifle And Pistol Club

1392 W River Road
315-539-3361

About Us:

The Club was first founded in 1934 as  the Rumseyville  Pistol Club. The Club and shooting range was located on the top floor of a large building complex at the east end of downtown Seneca Falls, NY. A year later the name of the Club  was changed to Seneca Falls Rifle &  Pistol Club. In April of 1935 the Club incorporated and in April of 1936 became an affiliated member of the NRA. The Seneca Falls  Rifle & Pistol Club, Inc. continued to use  the Seneca Falls location till it moved in 1952 to its current location in Waterloo, NY. Homer Jenkins, a long time member of the Club, donated some 27 acres of land to the Club. The property  had once been a stone quarry and it  turned out  to be the perfect place to relocate the shooting club. In 2000, to alleviate the confusion of  having the Club name not matching the geographical location, the name of the Club was changed to Waterloo Rifle & Pistol Club, Inc.

Mission:

The Waterloo Rifle & Pistol Club is a members only organization dedicated to shooting sports.  Our goal is to provide a safe, friendly atmosphere  for  the  promotion  and  support  of  firearms  use  for experienced and  emerging shooters.
