1020 Main Street

Mission:

The Mission of the Windsor Central School District is to create a stimulating environment where students are independent learners and grow to become successful citizens. This environment is created by a challenging, integrated curriculum delivered by a caring and competent staff.

The Windsor Central School District covers 110 square miles, includes the towns of Kirkwood, Windsor, Colesville and Sanford, and has over 11,000 residents. Windsor is nestled in the rolling hills of Broome County in the Southern Tier of New York. Part suburban and part rural, the district is adjacent to the City of Binghamton.

Windsor is a friendly, family-oriented community that offers a small-town feel while being close to a wide range of cultural, athletic, and educational opportunities. Binghamton University and Broome Community College are only minutes away. Other highly regarded colleges are a short car ride away. A variety of retail stores are nearby, as are recreational activities during every season.

Interstate 81 and Route 17(currently being converted into Interstate 86) run through the district, creating easy automobile access to all parts of the region and state.
