Mission

The mission of the Wellspring Center for Prevention is to promote the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities through the prevention of addiction-related problems across the lifespan.

About

The Wellspring Center for Prevention (formerly NCADD of Middlesex County, Inc.) is a non-profit, community-based health organization providing prevention, education, information, and referral services to county residents, businesses, schools, faith-based organizations, municipal alliances, and social service agencies since 1980.

Wellspring provides a wide variety of services in several formats to meet the needs of a diverse audience.  In addition to providing a wealth of information on this website, the agency publishes several blogs and has developed educational programs targeted at health care professionals, educators, parents, children, and others facing the challenges and affects of substance abuse every day.  Wellspring has counselors who are available to help you, your organization, or someone you know gain the knowledge and tools necessary to reduce or eliminate problems associated with the use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.
