Welsh Valley Middle School was educationally planned for you, its students. This means that, first of all, a separate building was established especially for sixth grade students. That building is attached to the main office so it is easy to locate among the several buildings on campus. In addition, the teachers in sixth grade have been carefully selected because of their interest and desire to teach sixth grade students. The curriculum has been specifically designed to cover topics in which we know sixth grade students are interested. (These include dragons and monsters, riddles and studies of different cultures including the American Indian.) Because of this we believe that Welsh Valley Middle School is one of the most outstanding middle schools in the United States.
