About the Weslaco Area Chamber of Commerce

Welcome to the Weslaco Area Chamber of Commerce, an organization established in 1935. We are a business organization consisting of local businesses, organizations, professionals and individuals.

It is the mission of the Weslaco Area Chamber of Commerce to provide the leadership in promoting the spirit of Weslaco through increased communication and cooperation within organizations, businesses and individuals to enhance growth, prosperity and the quality of life.

The Chamber is not a civic club, charitable organization or department of government. We're a private, nonprofit entity.

The strength of the Chamber lies in attracting the greatest number of members, creating a pool of resources for ideas, energy and finances. It is a coalition committed to building a healthy economy and improving the quality of life within the local community.
