Natural beauty pageant that is celebrating its great 18th year by hosting a Queen of Hearts pageant in Mount Shasta, Ca February 9. 2013! It is our first year on West Coast so holding two State finals in Portland, OR and Las Vegas, NV. Queen of Hearts participants are not required to attend the state pageants.
