Our Purpose : 

The Westside Cultural Alliance is a coalition of representatives from arts, cultural, educational, government and business organizations who seek to nurture and promote Arts, Heritage, and Humanities in Washington County, Oregon. Supported by Regional Arts and Culture Council (RACC) staff and RACC board liaisons from Washington County, the WCA is currently looking at various areas important to arts and cultural development in the county. Based on the results of a survey distributed to artists and arts organizations in August and November 1999, respondents identified these needs and priorities:
