History:

The ranch has been around for a very long time way before the Rininger Family bought it back in 2000. buying it from a local farm family that have lived in the valley for generations. the ranch that now supports the equine life. It use to support: hay farming, sheep, and cattle. to this day we will still find old sheep halters and farming equiptment in the feilds after a rain storm. with a 100 year old barn on site(  marked off due to age and bad roof) a old cabin use to stand close to the springs but all that remains are dishes and glass among the rocks of the creek. Now it supports the newer family ranch houses. with a couple out buildings, ( shed, barn and well house.) where the barb wire and tree posts still stand strong and hold the livestock in. in the summer the tempetures are sunny in the  90s to 100's in the winter with snow ( rangeing from 4 inches to 6 feet) and lows of 20s to the people living here it is Gods Country. 15 minutes each way to the nearest town , yet 1 mile from a neighbor. a  drive way 1/4 mile long brings you to the heart of the property where the house and barn is. giving a true county western feel. named for the large willows that sway next to the house and are the openings to the springs. with over 5 sectioned off pastures for the equine some ranging from 10 acres to 40. each have access to water, shelter, and feed.
