Members receive a monthly shipment of garlic over a four month period from August through December. Each monthly shipment comprises one of our garlic cultivars: Chesnok Red, Purple Italian, Music or Vkoos Odena. A full-share is four (4), six (6) pound shipments for a total of 24 pounds of garlic. A half-share is four (4), three (3) pound shipments for a total of 12 pounds of garlic.

We grow five garlic cultivars: Vkoos Odena (our own heritage garlic), Music, Chesnok Red, Purple Italian and Ohman Red. These hardnecks develop their best flavors in our cold northeast climate. They have rich, warm flavors and are great for sauteing, baking and roasting. The paper wrappers on our gourmet hardneck garlic bulbs are a thin parchment. These clove wrappers peel away very easy, many times as a single shuck. The cost of our garlic varies from $5.00 to $10.00 per pound depending on amount ordered and variety. Shipping is available.
