This is an amazing library with far more resources than I expected. I am thrilled by their online access to almost any audiobook or ebook I could want. I used to pay 17$ a month for audible and buy at least one ebook a month. Now it’s completely free! You just need to get a membership with a login which you can use to access the ebook and audiobook collections. Their actual book collection is also vast! My husband is an avid reader of popular science books. They get almost every good book as soon as it’s released! If you wanted to read in the library, it’s a great space too!

We love the Worcester Public Library specially the children’s room and the librarians there. It feels more comfortable and secured with the security guards they now have. I dislike one of the supervisor there... she’s rude and I didn’t feel she was concerned with the issue I had. :/

It feels unsafe. It needs better supervision. It feels as if you are in the street, listening to people fighting. Moreover, it's very dirty, especially the carpets are awful. Some sections need to be enriched more.
