YCP TheaterWorks began in 1959 and was incorporated in NY in 1962. Originally known as the Yorktown Community Players, we have entertained thousands and offered countless others the opportunity to perform, direct and work backstage. A not-for-profit, YCP TheaterWorks always holds open auditions. No roles are ever precast. Performers return again and again to audition because they love the friendliness of the group. Everyone has fun and there is a real family feeling.
