The annual flag raising event will take place at Austin Park on Tues., May 17 at 10:00.  This is joint venture by the City of Clearlake and Park Study Club.  Members of the community (CL police, fire dept., members from American Legion) as well as students from Burns Valley Elementary will be in attendance.  Open to the public.
