Moscow 57, the NYC-based entertainment and hospitality company will pop up at The Silo at Hunt Hill Farm on Saturday, June 29 with a cooking class led by Chef Seth Goldman and and live music performance by Ellen Kaye with the M57 Band. Ellen's appearing at The Silo brings her back full circle. In 1990 Skitch Henderson asked her to perform at Carnegie Hall as part of the New York Pops Annual Birthday Gala. Over the past few years, Ellen has been appearing regularly at noted jazz clubs such as The Iridium Jazz Club and The Metropolitan Room. The event will feature the artwork of local visual artist Faith Stewart-Gordon, Ellen's mother and the former owner of the famed Russian Tea Room. Both include wine and light bites. IN THE SILO COOKING SCHOOL - 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
“Slightly to the Left of the Silk Road” Moscow 57 Chef Seth Goldman, with an appearance by Faith Stewart Gordon, Ellen's mother and Russian Tea Room owner, 1967 to 1996. $90 per person. Learn to make great summer dishes using flavors from Russia, Georgia and Central Asia: rose petals, tarragon, marigolds, sumac and pomegranates in this demonstration cooking class.

CABARET NIGHT – 7:30 p.m.(DOORS OPEN 7 p.m.)
“Blini Blues” Ellen Kaye, vocalist and the M57 Band. Ethan Fein, guitar and banjo, Benjamin Franklin Brown, bass and Giomar Cepeda, drums. Includes Wine and M57 Lite Bites of "Zakuski" from Chef Seth Goldman and the Silo Cooking School. To benefit Hunt Hill Farm Trust. Reservations Required. $35 per person.
