Dechie is the Chair of Physical Therapy for The Polyclinic and The Everett Clinic. She is experienced in all areas of adult physical therapy and certified in mechanical diagnosis and treatment by The McKenzie Institute International. She is a Fellow with the American Co She developed the physical and hand therapy services for The Polyclinic. She has worked in quality and service improvements in other departments and committees, such as patient safety, breast cancer tumor board, and the musculoskeletal value stream project.
