Kelsey Dunn, LICSW, LADC is a mental health clinician at the UVM Medical Center. She manages a variety of conditions, including opioid use disorder, alcohol use disorder and stimulant use disorder.  She values building relationships, hearing and amplifying narratives, healing through meaning-making, fostering growth, and helping individuals construct a path through their struggles with substance use. She finds working with each individual patient through a lens of compassion and positive regard to be the most rewarding aspect of her work.  Her care philosophy is person-first, which she practices daily in her treatment of patients. Resiliency perspective is a large part of how she views and works with patients; she approaches the work as a collaborative effort to reach the patient’s identified goals.   Learn more about psychological services at the UVM Medical Center.
