Meredith joined the TowneBank family in 2009. As LEAD Program Manager, Meredith recruits, welcomes, and inspires future leaders of the Towne family. She values associates with diverse talents and experiences as they foster and enhance the Towne culture of excellence. Meredith received her undergraduate degree in marketing and her and graduate degree in marketing education from Virginia Tech. She is also a graduate of the TowneBank Management Associate Program and the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management. Active in her community, Meredith is a member of the Tidewater Chapter of the Hokie Club, Isle of Wight Academy Alumni Association, and the United Way Women's United. She also supports Salvation Army, United Way, Roc Solid Foundation, JT Walk, Norfolk Association of Kappa Kappa Gamma, and the Isle of Wight Chamber Student Leadership Program. She is a member of the Virginia Banker’s Association Emerging Bank Leaders and serves on the steering committee. Additionally, Meredith serves as an ally chair for the Pride Networking circle at Towne and participates in various employee resource groups.
