This program offers education and support to those at risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Topics include adopting healthier eating and exercise habits that can lead to weight loss and reduce your risk of developing diabetes. Participants meet once a week for the first 16 weeks, t then following sessions monthly for last 6 months. Final Session June 2020. You can do a lot to help prevent diabetes – and we can help.
