Renew, invigorate and heal your body with this blend of poses and flows that will stretch and strengthen the muscles, joints and spine. Balance and core strength will be developed, as well, in a non competitive environment. All levels welcome.

Tickets for Drop-In Classes: One Ticket - $10.00, 10 tickets - $80.00, Senior (65+) discount on 10 tickets - $72.00
Providence Health Plan Members receive a discount on the drop-in tickets for this drop-in class.
