HCH Cookbook Club

Choose a cookbook (from the library or home) and make one dish to bring that features the ingredient of the month: Winter Squash. Sweet or savory dishes of any course are welcome. We’ll share our dishes (pot-luck style), swap recipes, and discuss the books. Guests may BYO plate, utensils, and beverage, or use our disposable serveware and have water. Don’t forget to bring a container for leftovers!
