Interval Training is one of the best ways to increase one's overall endurance. This is a high/low interval class and is perfect for anyone who is looking for a challenging workout without having to spend hours at the gym. This class will move through cardiovascular endurance and strength training, followed by 10-15 minutes of stretching. Modifications are given for all exercises so you may within in your own boundaries and limitations. Please wear exercise clothing and sneakers, and also bring along a mat and a bottle of water.
