Join Amy DiLillo, outside and under the tent, (weather permitting) after the Thursday Yoga Fusion and Meditation class. Learn the Kirtan Kriya, a multisensory meditation that enhances blood flow to the brain and can improve cognition, focus, and memory – bonus…it is FUN! Feel free to join the class and the mediation, or meditation only. You may wish to practice on the mat, or in a chair. This meditation is accessible to anyone. We will briefly discuss the benefits and how-to, then we will practice this 20-minute meditation. FREE – Prior- Registration is not required.
