2024 Torrington Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony
The 2024 Torrington Memorial Day Parade will be conducted, rain or shine,
on Monday, May 27, 2024, and will step off promptly at 9:30 AM.
The theme of this year’s Parade is Operation Inherent Resolve

Parade Registration:

To register your group or organization for the 2024 Torrington Memorial Day Parade, please email the Torrington Veterans Memorial Committee at [email protected] with "Parade Registration" in the subject line. Please include:

- Your group or organization name
- Whether your group will include marchers, vehicle and/or float
- A contact person, with email and phone number

The Torrington Veterans Memorial Committee is seeking Nominations for Honorary Parade Marshals to be recognized during this year’s Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony. Nominees must be a resident of Torrington, and be willing and able to accept the honor, participate in the Parade, and be recognized during the Ceremony which takes place in Coe Park following the Parade. Posthumous nominations will also be accepted with family member(s) agreeing to participate.

To nominate a veteran, first confirm with them that if selected to be an Honorary Marshal they are willing and able to accept the honor, participate in the Parade, and be recognized during the Ceremony which takes place in Coe Park following the Parade.
