Workshop: De-Mystifying Mindfulness, Meditation and Eastern Thought

Wednesday, Dec 1, 2021 from 7:00pm to 8:30pm

This course, presented by Sean Baggett, introduces you to an ages-old path to overall wellness. Taking a practical approach to living mindfully, enjoying where you are now, and accepting life on its terms. In this course you'll begin to understand and appreciate the basics of eastern philosophy and how these commonsense practices can bring peace to our busy lives. We will also take a deep dive into understanding, appreciating, and practicing the most common meditative approaches.

Come join us as we embark on the most exciting of all adventures, the journey within and the exploration of the present moment.
