Tonight, following President Joe Biden’s State of the Union Address, Representative Jack Bergman released the following statement:

“President Biden’s State of the Union Address once again showed his complete and utter lack of understanding of the issues facing everyday Americans. From inflation to his abysmal national security record, President Biden must step up and take control of his flailing administrative policies and begin to put American interests first.

“It’s time President Biden set aside his demeaning partisanship and fight for the prosperity and future of our Republic. The American people remain strong and steadfast in our resolve to tackle our toughest challenges and keep our Nation great, and the Republican controlled House stands ready to work together to get good things done to move our Nation forward.”
