Florida Panthers Library Card

We’ve partnered with the Florida Panthers on a new Broward County Library card design featuring the Florida Panthers hockey team. The colorful new cards will be available at Broward County Library locations while supplies last, beginning December 15, 2023.

The new cards are free. New library customers can select this design when registering for their first Broward County Library card and existing library card holders can switch their current card for the Panthers card.

50th Anniversary Preview

Broward County Libraries Division is approaching its 50th anniversary in 2024! Celebrate this milestone with amazing free events that’ll take you from 1974 to 2024, spotlighting each decade with fun activities and events for all ages. Century Plaza/Leon Slatin Branch Library has added two additional service hours on Mondays and Wednesdays (from 10AM-6PM to 10AM-8PM) to increase access to in-person library services for customers while the nearby Deerfield Beach/Percy White Branch Library is closed for repairs.

Deerfield Beach/Percy White Branch Library is currently closed for structural repairs. Updates will be provided as we work toward reopening the building. We invite you to visit nearby Century Plaza/Leon Slatin, Northwest or Pompano Beach branch libraries for service while this branch is temporarily closed:
